So first of all, you need to learn how to connect to yourself. How to become aware of who you are. Before you read on, please take a piece of paper and a pen. Might something pop up, write it down ;-). A couple of questions What is your name ? What do you do for a living ? Do you have children ? Which animal do you like best ? How many fingers am I holding up ? Is there one or more persons you realy love ? Whom ? Do you love yourself ? Why ? Did you notice that for some reason you did hear the answers to the questions just pop into your head ? It doesn’t take a lot of work to reconnect to yourself, as long as you dare to face the questions. You connected to yourself , even though some answers might indicate you are not happy. That doesn’t matter, what matters is that you can feel that you are still connected to yourself. As you also might have noticed by now, I dont beat around the bush. In some cases emotions may rise, I am aware of this, I experience it quite some times too, it is part of the answers you seek ;-). And besides that, it is funny to imagine other people sitting behind their computer, with a box of tissues :-). Just that idea, the fact that I know, I am not the only one, gives me lots of comfort in case of tears. *laughter* The following poem I wrote somewhere early 2002, I never published it online, but I do whish to share it with you now, The Silver Shades of Grey ... ~ In love I trust With all my heart As I have All from the start I just forgot A little while But I am back And I want to share The love I found And if you dare Share it with me A little while We can walk the sky In rays of light Overcast with clouds Surrounded by bright Silver Shades of Grey A little while ~ Did you feel that ?
